Before booking, please confirm the following. We’ll ask you to bring the documents on the day.

The death has been registered with the local registrar.*
I have the Green Form (Certificate for Burial) or a Coroner's Certificate.*
If using a funeral director, they have been informed of our cemetery's policies.
